Reimbursement Instructions

FOR OUR SPANISH CLASSES/PROGRAMS

• Login to Step-up scholarship web site (EMA Education Market Assistant)
• Click on Reimbursements on the left menu.
• Click on “NEW” button in the reimbursement main area.
• Select the student you will submit the reimbursement for.
• Click on “CONTINUE TO RECEIPT/INVOICE UPLOAD” button to continue.
• Upload the invoice o receipt in the Item/Service Selection area.
• Click on “CONTINUE TO ITEM/SERVICE SELECTION” button to continue.
• You will need to enter the detail information in the Item/Service Details area as follows:
  • Purchase Date: Date of purchase/payment from the invoice or receipt uploaded previously.
  • Invoice/Receipt #: Enter the Invoice/Receipt number from the same file uploaded.
  • Category*: Instructional Material.
  • Type*: Elective Courses.
  • Description*: Foreign Language Lessons.
  • Quantity*: the amount of classes/programs from the invoice/receipt
  • Cost per Item/Service*: Enter the Value of the Class/Program from invoice/receipt.
  • Tax, Shipping, etc: Taxes are NOT applicable on classes/programs. (Taxes are applicable only on Sensory Bins Materials).
